Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said it is time for the youth brigade to join politics and contribute to the Nations progress to achieve the vision of a Developed India by 2047.
Addressing the programme organised by Ramakrishna Math in Ahmedabad through video conference, the Prime Minister said that the nation must prepare its youths to lead in every sector of the economy including politics. The Prime Minister also stressed the right balance between spirituality and sustainability for a better mankind.
Mr Modi upheld the contribution of saints to social upliftment in the country. He lauded the impeccable contribution of the Ramakrishna Mission to India’s progress.
The Prime Minister said India is marching ahead to become the third largest economy in the world and Indian youths have a great role to play. The PM urged the youths to give their part to achieve the vision of developed India by 2047.
The Prime Minister also recalled his memories with the Ramakrishna Mission and praised their valuable contribution in mitigating the disaster in Gujarat, especially Kutch earthquake among others. He called Swami Vivekanand a strong advocate of modern science along with spirituality.
